Being Yoga Practitioner for years so many years , I have to be really honest up front with you - choosing the right Yoga teacher, and a Yoga style that suits you compatible Yoga style , is more complicated than most people understand appreciate realize . See most people do not do any research before choosing picking a Yoga teacher.

Most of them attend Yoga classes just because their friends and family say so they are recommended by friends and family . This is dangerous where the mistake lies is ! This is not the fault of the student nor even the teacher sometimes as most of the teachers were taught wrongly by their own teachers! Imagine if most of the piano teachers only taught these exercises and called the practice - Piano Class. Why wouldn t the student feel he/she was learning to play the piano? The same goes for Yoga
